Statements made by defendant in connection with the termination of the plaintiffs as insurance brokers did not defame plaintiffs as the statements did not contain provably false statements of fact; statements did not violate the Minnesota Deceptive Trade Practices Act; statements did not constitute tortious interference with business relationships; legislation subsequently enacted to limit insurance companies' ability to terminate employees for contacting government agencies did not create a remedy for these plaintiffs; terminations did not violate plaintiffs' employment contracts.
