   Civil case. Insurance company's declaratory judgment that 
   liability policy did not cover damages from failure of converted 
   turbine airplane engines. District court's conclusion that 
   business risk exclusions precluded coverage for damages is 
   affirmed. Applying Michigan law, exclusions precluded 
   coverage for catastrophic failure of converted engines, 
   including the defective engine components. Judge Bye dissents.
