   Civil case - Torts. Plaintiff failed to establish claim of tortious 
   interference against hospital which supported alternative blood 
   bank, and the district court did not err in granting hospital's 
   motion for summary judgment; however, court erred in sua 
   sponte granting summary judgment against alternative blood 
   bank on issues not raised in the plaintiff's motion for summary 
   judgment; findings in default proceeding concerning plaintiff's 
   alleged damages were not erroneous.
