   Civil Case - state habeas corpus. Denial of ineffective assistance 
   of appellate counsel for failure to raise and brief claim of 
   unreliable identification is affirmed. Given evidence against 
   defendant, witness's in-court identification would have been 
   harmless error; defendant did not show prejudice by deficient 
   performance of appellate counsel.
