U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 99-3810
District of Nebraska
Criminal Case. Conviction for conspiring to possess with intent to
distribute methamphetamine affirmed. Sufficient evidence was
presented for a jury to reasonably infer that defendant had an agreement
with another to purchase and distribute drugs. District court's finding of
defendant's perjured testimony, resulting in obstruction of justice
enhancement, was not error; district court's finding to support enhancement
for possession of firearm was sufficient; and consecutive sentences
were not unreasonable.
