U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 99-4162
Eastern District of Arkansas
Civil case - civil rights. Discharged pharmacy school student
received all of the process he was due, as he was afforded
notice of the problems and the possibility of dismissal and
the dismissal decision was carefully and deliberately made;
claims of bias were not substantiated by the record; with
respect to substantive due process claims, the committee's
decisions had a rational basis; equal protection claims must
fail as plaintiff failed to show the actions were arbitrary or
biased or that similarly-situated students were treated
differently.
